As the part of CPS Timberland Division dedicated to working with the Department of Defense and other federal agencies; the Federal Natural Resources team utilizes TimberMark as a tool in a toolkit designed to combat invase species, address line of siight issues and provide a recovery method to combat vegetation encroachment.  The philosophy of the team is that there is no "Silver Bullet" when it comes to vegetation control.  TimberMark is a tool in a toolkit that includes multiple treatment methods such as airborne applications of herbicides, fire, mowing, mechanical clearing and ground applications of various AEC approved herbicides.  Initial sales were developed utilizing TimberMark as an aerial delineation tool prior to aerial spraying at Fort Drum.  In over 11 years of working with the Department of Defense, CPS team members have done service work or sold product at over 30 different Marine, Air Force, Army and Army National Guard installations.
